Pink N Blue Avenue Return Policy
Our in store return policy is 10 days (14 days for online orders) for store credit or exchange only. We do not process refunds. Please note that any items bought at a discount are final sale and ineligible for exchange or store credit. Sales for gift cards are final sales: no refunds or cancellations.
Items must be presented in the same condition as when they were received: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and with the original tags, packaging (if applicable) and proof of purchase. Items that do not meet this policy will not be eligible for store credit or exchange.
Seasonal items (Christmas, Easter, Valentine’s Day, Halloween merchandise), sale items and discounted items are FINAL SALES. All swimwear, sunglasses, hair accessories, NeeDoh, Speks, slime, squishy, sensory, and fidget items are FINAL SALES. Due to the delicate nature of these products, we do not offer warranties, guarantees, refunds, returns, or exchanges on these items. Items bought with store credit are FINAL SALES. We do not offer price adjustments for items that go on sale after the date of purchase. If you are shipping item(s) back to us, please ensure it is within this RETURN POLICY's guidelines. You may request a return label from gulia@pinknblueavenue.net for a $10 deduction from your store credit amount.

We impose a surcharge or 3.25% on credit card transactions, which is not greater than our cost of acceptance.Â
