Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom item, you may exchange it for store credit minus any shipping charges incurred. Returned items must be unused, in their original non-modified condition, and in their original undamaged packaging. Please contact us within 15 business days from the date your purchase, and we will issue you a return.
If you return an item after the 15 business day window, or Pink N Blue Avenue suspects an item has been used, the merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.
For international shipments, the customer recognizes and is responsible for all import duties and all International Shipping Charges. International shipping Charges are calculated and charged to the card provided at time of shipping. We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, final-sale, or special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.

All returns and exchanges should be accompanied by the original receipt, merchandise with tags attached, and your contact information. The contact information should include your phone number, email, and return shipping address. If anything should need to be mailed back to you, you accept all charges.
We’ll also be glad to accept the return item at our boutique location at 4339 Legendary Drive Destin, FL 32541 within 15 days from the day of receipt of your merchandise (as long as it complies with our return/exchange policies).
Should you ever need to cancel your Pink N Blue Avenue Purchase, call us as soon as possible. We were diligently to get all orders out in a timely manner. If by chance your order is already with the mail carrier, you can return it to us with-in 15 business days, and if it adheres to our return policy, we will issue a refund. Pink N Blue Avenue does not take responsibility for the shipping charges acquired.
In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on back-order will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by mail or email. If you choose not to wait for the product, we will issue a refund.

If I saw an item in your store but can't find it online, how can I purchase it?
Due to the exclusivity, and the curated nature of Pink N Blue Avenue's merchandise, some things are 'in-store exclusive'. Most of the products without photos on our website, fall under this category, none the less, they are shop-able to you!
