Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom item, you may exchange it for store credit minus any shipping charges incurred. Returned items must be unused, in their original non-modified condition and their original packaging. Please call/email us within 15 business days from the day of receipt of your merchandise and we will issue you a Return Authorization number called RAN.

If you return an item after the 15 business day window, without a RAN, or Pink N Blue Avenue suspects an item has been used, the merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.

For international shipments, customer recognizes and is responsible for all import duties and all International Shipping Charges.  International shipping Charges are calculated and charged to card provided at time of shipping. We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, final-sale or special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Customer assumes all shipping charges if all above criterea above is met and wants to receive store credit.

 

We’ll be glad to return item at our boutique location at 4145 Legendary dr, Destin, FL, 32541 within 15 days from the day of receipt of your merchandise (as long as it complies with our return/exchange policies)

 

Back Orders

In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by mail or email.

How do I place a gift order?

When you check out online you may enter the gift recipient's address in the shipping address fields, be sure to include a phone number in case any shipping issues occur during delivery. Even if you don't purchase gift wrapping you can include a gift message by typing in your message in the form provided in checkout on the address page. Your message will be printed and  enclosed with the order.

We make every attempt to have consistent pricing, however some promotional items that are on the website might not be priced similarly at our boutique.
